We service current Galaxy S flagships and the Galaxy Note series only. A technician comes to you anywhere in Riyadh to replace the screen or battery in front of you.
We do not advertise A-series or other Android brands. Work is on Galaxy S (standard, Plus and Ultra in recent generations) and Galaxy Note. Screen and battery are the core jobs. We are independent and not affiliated with Samsung.
Inspection is free on site. Replaced batteries carry 12 months; replaced screens carry 6 months, unless the phone is later broken or liquid-damaged.
Cost
Inspection is always free. The price is stated in front of you after we see the device and before any work starts. It depends on the model and the part type. We do not publish fixed figures. You pay only after the phone works.
What is the difference between an original screen and an aftermarket one?
An original-spec screen matches the manufacturer’s colour, brightness and touch behaviour, and usually lasts longer in daily use. A high-quality aftermarket screen works for everyday use at a lower cost, and may differ slightly in brightness or colour accuracy. We explain both options and the cost in front of you before fitting anything. We are an independent workshop, not affiliated with Apple or Samsung.
What is the warranty, and what voids it?
Replaced batteries carry a one-year (12-month) warranty. Other replaced parts carry a 6-month warranty. Both cover manufacturing defects in the fitted part. The warranty is void after a later break, liquid damage, clear misuse, or if another workshop opens the device after our visit.
Is the inspection free?
Yes. On-site inspection is free. The price is stated in front of you before work starts, and you pay only after the repair and after you confirm the phone works.
Do you look at my data or ask for my password?
No. We do not ask for your passcode or Face ID unless you choose to unlock a feature yourself so we can test the repair in front of you. The code stays in your hands. We do not copy data or browse the contents of the phone. Inspection is limited to the agreed fault.
Which devices do you service?
iPhone from the 12 series through the 18 series, in the variants that actually exist for each generation, and Samsung Galaxy Note plus current Galaxy S flagship variants. We do not advertise other brands or models.
